Endless Mountains Veterinary Center, PC is seeking candidates for a full time Clinic Receptionist Position in our Owego location!
Our Clinic Receptionists are the first and foremost impression that a client receives and is expected to mirror the values of the organization through excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner and checking them in and out of appointments.
- Completing financial transactions including cash, check and credit card processing and drawer reconciliation.
- Answering calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Taking messages as needed and relaying them to the appropriate staff.
- Ensuring that documentation is completed for client files.
- Interacting with Doctors and Technicians to ensure that all client information is clearly communicated.
