I joined the EMVC family in the middle of December 2018 as the Inventory Manager. I am married and have two children. I love the outdoors, Hunting and Golfing especially.
Spring 2017 marked the beginning of my journey, leading me to EMVC. Growing up in the area and acquainted with the Laudermilch family through school and sports, joining a local family business with a vision for growth was an irresistible opportunity. Dr. Stephen’s compelling vision sealed the deal, and I became an integral part of the EMVC team.
Beyond work, my heart lies with my wife, Kristy, our children, Cayden and Karmyn, and our cherished Cocker Spaniel, Suzi. Weekends are for racing at the local dirt track, and we relish moments at Hatteras Island when time permits.
At EMVC, I find purpose, and the journey continues, fueled by dedication to family, vision, and a passion for excellence.
Dr. Benjamin S. Laudermilch
Dr. Benjamin S. Laudermilch is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania and New York. Dr. Ben attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2000-2003 and graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine with his DVM in 2007.
He accepted a position at Rome Veterinary Center immediately following graduation. Dr. Ben became a practice owner in 2008, when he joined as the second partner.
Originally from Bucks County, PA, we moved to Bradford County when I was just a baby when my parents bought a farm of their own in the Wyalusing area. Farming has been a part of our family for generations. I am the oldest of two girls. Growing up on the farm, I was my father’s side kick in the barn and out in the fields. I feel as though my early years on the farm taught me the meaning of hard work and good work ethics. Growing up in a loving family also taught me that family is everything.
I came to Endless Mountains Veterinary Center when I was looking for an employer whose values matched my values. I found that here. At EMVC I feel that we are providing caring service and support to families much like mine growing up on the farm. We truly are caring for people by caring for their animals. I work beside some great people who also share the same values, work ethics and a desire to care for others. It’s a great place to work.
When not at the office I am either helping my husband, Jack care for his family farm or spending time with our two growing grandchildren, Caleb and Anna. We have three grown children, Diana, Jack and Bryan. I enjoy gardening, and life in the country and my very spoiled dog.
Training and Development Specialist LVT/CVT
Erin grew up spending every summer on a family friend’s dairy farm, never asking once to go home for the summer if it meant being around animals day in and day out. From as young as Erin can remember she had a love for animals, big and small, with a special love for cats. Even as a child Erin knew there was never another option other than to work in veterinary medicine. Erin is a 2002 graduate of Johnson College’s Veterinary Technology program. She has worked in small animal medicine in New York for most of her career along with experience in shelter medicine. Erin has additional certification in small animal abdominal ultrasound and had the joy and honor of being an instructor in veterinary technology at her alma mater, Johnson College, for one year. Erin joined EMVC as their new training coordinator in 2022.
Erin resides in the Montrose, PA area with her three children, one dog, two cats, and many chickens. Summer and Fall are her favorite times of the year. Erin enjoys spending time with her children, being outdoors and spending time with extended family and friends. Gardening, however, is one of her most favorite hobbies.
